Send a photo or scan by fax
You can upload a clear photo of a document from your phone. Complete the form and add any required signature before photographing it.
€5 before VAT for up to 100 pages. No account, no subscription. Charged only when delivered.
Make the writing easy to read
- Place the page flat in even light. Hold the camera parallel to it and keep fingers and shadows away from the writing.
- Include all four corners. Check that text, dates and signatures are sharp when you zoom in.
- Photograph each page separately and keep it upright. Retake blurred or cropped photos before uploading.
- For several pages, use your phone’s document scanner to make one PDF in the correct order.
Keep a multi-page scan in one PDF
A scanned PDF is useful for a form with several pages. Your phone guide explains iPhone scanning and the optional Google Drive scanner on Android. You can also upload an existing PDF directly.
Files you can upload
PDF, JPG / JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF
Upload up to 10 files, up to 20 MB each. A fax can contain up to 200 pages, including a cover page if you add one. The price includes the page allowance shown below; extra pages can cost more.
Convert TIFF and Word files to PDF before uploading. Check that the text is readable in the file you choose.

We count the prepared pages before payment. Check the recipient, page count and total. Your card is held at checkout and charged when the fax is delivered.
Check the recipient’s official instructions for the correct form, signature and attachments. Delivery confirmation records transmission to the receiving fax system; it does not confirm acceptance of an application.
