Send a fax to Switzerland from abroad

The European site supports Swiss fax numbers and charges in euros. Switzerland’s presence in this service’s coverage does not mean its procedures follow EU filing rules.

Use the international number

Use +41 and omit the domestic leading zero. A number beginning 058 becomes +41 58. Do not enter +41 058.

This is a procedure-specific number. Read its guide before choosing it; it is not a general fax number for the country.

Request official documents from BAKOM

Check the procedure before sending

The published Swiss guide covers access to existing official documents held by BAKOM. It does not cover court filings or every Swiss authority. BAKOM offers a Word sample letter and accepts a request by email as an alternative to a paid fax.

Verified procedures and recipient details

Prepare your form and attachments

Download the official form, complete it and add the required signature. Export Word forms to PDF or scan the signed pages. Check every attachment before uploading.

How will the recipient reply?

Use your own email or postal address where the form allows it. Faxette does not receive replies by fax. If a return fax number is mandatory, ask the recipient about another accepted channel before paying.

€5 before VAT for up to 100 pages. No account, no subscription. Charged only when delivered.

We count the prepared pages before payment. Check the recipient, page count and total. Your card is held at checkout and charged when the fax is delivered.

Check the recipient’s official instructions for the correct form, signature and attachments. Delivery confirmation records transmission to the receiving fax system; it does not confirm acceptance of an application.
