Use RTR’s postal conciliation form and address the application to Poststreitschlichtungsstelle. The number shown is RTR’s published general fax number.

What to include

Include your details, the carrier, tracking number, original written complaint, reply if received, supporting receipts and the solution requested. Check RTR’s rules on waiting for a reply and the application deadline.

After sending

Keep your application and report. RTR checks whether the dispute qualifies. Recipients with delivery problems should use the separate recipient complaint route linked in RTR’s instructions.

Delivery confirmation records transmission to the receiving fax system. The recipient decides whether your request is complete and can be accepted.
