What to include

Provide your contact details, supply address, company, account reference, a clear description and the solution sought. Include the earlier complaint and relevant bills, contracts and correspondence. Check eligibility and time limits in the current rules.

After sending

Keep your written application, attachments and report. E-Control assesses eligibility and may ask for missing information. Its procedure rules explain the effect of a pending dispute on a bill; do not assume fax delivery cancels a payment obligation.

Delivery confirmation records transmission to the receiving fax system. The recipient decides whether your request is complete and can be accepted.
