Send with this number

Complete and sign the official application. The conciliation procedure is conducted in German. Check the authority’s eligibility rules before sending.

What to include

Include your contact details, the carrier, tracking number, what happened and the outcome you seek. Attach copies of your complaint, the carrier’s reply and supporting receipts or damage evidence.

After sending

Keep the application and transmission report. The authority checks eligibility and may ask for more information. Allow for its published processing delays; sending a fax does not settle the claim.

Delivery confirmation records transmission to the receiving fax system. The recipient decides whether your request is complete and can be accepted.
